Strength Training

Strength training is also known as weight training or resistance training. Strength training uses exercises that isolate the muscles to contract under tension of weights, body weight, or devices such as resistance bands. As your Personal Trainer, I will implement the best method to meet your goals so your results will be increased muscle power and endurance. It is important to have a balanced exercise program, which includes, cardio exercise such as running, walking or biking. Strength training build lean muscle, which increases the metabolism since muscles burn more calories at rest than fat tissue.

As we work together, I will teach you the best way to burn fat, increase your strength, improve your endurance, work on flexibility, which will improve your health and get RESULTS!
