Group rates (3-10 people), 60 min. sessions:

  •    10 sessions- $310
  •    20 sessions- $600

Half Hour rates:

  •    10 sessions- $310
  •    20 sessions- $600

Individual training rates, 60 min. sessions:

  •   5 sessions- $250
  •  10 sessions- $490
  •  20 sessions- $975
  •  30 sessions- $1465

90 minute sessions:

  •   5 sessions- $450 
  •  10 sessions- $900
  •  20 sessions- $1400
  •  30 sessions- $1950

Benefits of Group Training with a Personal Trainer

There are several advantages for clients in a group personal training session.  In addition to the financial savings, solidarity is the result of working out with friends.  Clients may also be more motivated to change their lifestyles and make exercise a habit.
Studies confirm people who start an exercise program with their spouse or a friend are more likely to persevere with a training program than those who exercise alone.  I have learned to make sure clients are within proximity of each other and more often than not, I have observed them encouraging each other to press on and not give up.  When clients motivate each other, it makes exercising more of a social event and less like a grueling workout.
