Core Training
Nearly every athletic movement involves the use to your Abdominals, Obliques, and Erector muscles. Core and abdominal conditioning have become the same in recent years but the abdominal muscles alone are over rated when it comes to real core strength or conditioning.
The abdominal muscles have very limited and specific action. The core consists of many different muscles that stabilize the spine and the pelvis, and run the entire length of the torso.
As your Personal Trainer, I will train the group of muscles that support your core. Each workout we will work to improve your core so you can feel stronger and healthier.
